As 2025 ends... In the world of Real Estate:
Sellers think it's 2021.
Buyers think it's 2008.
The appraiser thinks it's 2019.
The media thinks there is a housing crisis.
Social Media thinks BlackRock is buying up everything and that it's all rigged.
Housing affordability is being used as a political football.
And real estate agents get blamed for all of it!
Happy New Year everyone. My quick prediction for 2026 is this: Housing Forecast 2026: Affordability Improves but Rates Remain Above 6%
